Winter Is Coming! When the leaves are starting to fall and you turn on the heating at home, your craving for some hot chocolate will follow next. This creamy hot choc is so rich and indulgent, you would never guess it’s dairy free!
A perfect treat for these cold afternoons or cosy evenings on the couch. It is simple to make too, with just two ingredients: A mug of milk (oat or nut milk work well) and a Nobó creamy choc disc.
- Heat your milk in a small pan until very hot, but not boiling.
- Chop a Nobó creamy choc disc into small pieces. Leave aside a small amount to grate on top. Our Orange works great but you can also use our Smooth & Creamy or Irish See Salted flavour, whichever is your favourite.
- Stir the hot milk and creamy choc (or use a blender) and whizz until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into a large mug and top with grated Nobó creamy choc.
- Sip and enjoy.
If you need a caffeine fix you can also make this into a mocha using just half a disc, coffee and oat or nut milk.
